Villa Bello Stare is the beating heart of our estate, a historic Tuscan manor house nestled among vineyards and olive groves, nestled on a gentle private hill overlooking the surrounding countryside with a 360-degree view of Tuscany's most authentic landscapes.

This historic villa, once home to the owner's family, sits on a hillock that provides it with maximum privacy, silence and light at all times of the day.

The property is surrounded by a private park of more than 4,000 m², full of vegetation cared for with extreme attention by the nursery family that made it famous: the same one that leads today the first nursery company in Europe, a guarantee of quality and love for greenery.

Inside, the villa covers about 300 m² arranged on two levels.

The main entrance opens onto the large terraced farmyard, from which there is a breathtaking view of the hillside profile and the city skyline.

Crossing the threshold, one enters an elegant living room with a working fireplace, a cozy sitting area and a refined dining room, framed by large arched windows that offer spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape.

The main kitchen, approximately 30 m² in size, is custom-built in authentic Tuscan style, with traditional materials and rustic details. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second convivial area with a pizza oven and a small TV room for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Upstairs, the villa houses five double bedrooms and four bathrooms:

one master bedroom,

three rooms with twin beds (convertible if needed),

and a large master suite with a private bathroom.

The standard configuration of the villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, but up to 15 guests can be accommodated upon request, thanks to:

a double sofa bed in the library on the ground floor,

and three extra beds arranged in an attic room overlooking the countryside, ideal for kids or extra guests.

The villa also has a large pantry, a laundry room complete with washer and dryer, and of course air conditioning in all rooms, for a cool and comfortable stay even in the hottest months.

At the back of the villa, the park opens into an area dedicated to relaxation and conviviality, with:

a pool with ornamental fish,

a large private pool overlooking the greenery and operational from April 1 to October 31,

and a delightful pool house equipped with an independent kitchen, bathroom, dressing room and a large outdoor table, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners immersed in the Tuscan quiet, with the pool as a backdrop.

The property is completed by three reserved parking spaces and the possibility to use the wine cellar below the villa, where all the phases of agricultural production take place: from the harvesting of the grapes to the winemaking in the silos, to the production of extra virgin olive oil, following authentic and traditional processes.

Villa Bello Stare is easily accessible: it is 10 minutes from the highway, only 30 minutes from Florence, and strategically located for visiting San Gimignano, Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Sinalunga and the entire Val d'Orcia. In just 30 minutes you can also reach the Tyrrhenian coast of Versilia, for a day of sea and Tuscan villages.
